Website terms of use
Last updated: 2 September 2026
About these terms
This website is operated by Weavwork LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (“Weavwork”, “we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. They cover the website only — access to the Weavwork product is governed by a separate customer agreement entered into when you subscribe.
Use of the site
You may browse the site, book a demo and contact us. You must not misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at volume, submitting false or misleading demo requests, introducing malicious code, or using the site in breach of any law.
Content and accuracy
The site describes the Weavwork product as it evolves. Product screens shown are illustrative and use invented sample data. While we keep the site accurate, content is provided for general information only and may change without notice; it does not form part of any contract unless expressly agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The Weavwork name, mark, site design and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on this site (for example integration platforms) remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance indicates interoperability, not endorsement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws that apply to you — including, for Australian users, the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the site is handled under our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. To the extent permitted by the mandatory laws referred to above, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
